Table Sports Training Systems has developed color-coded numbering systems for foosball, pool, and air hockey. The Foosball Kit is now in stock. The kit includes 8 high quality, thin reuseable strips, a ball simulator, and detailed directions for use and developing practice routines. You now have the advantage of knowing where to aim and the path the ball will travel. Reading defenses and picking the open hole for your shots will develop as you practice. Table surface paths shown here have been superimposed for demonstration purposes. The numbering system demonstrates a wide range of options from one number to another on back and side walls before you choose the best shot. The instructions are detailed and show you how to set up the strips for practicing shots, zones and defenses. Once the six perimeter strips are placed, the best routes from every ball placement and angle to any intended target (passing or scoring) are revealed. There are corresponding numbers along each wall. Defensively, your game will improve as each of the five goal numbers have a "broken" line allowing you to develop the best defense by exact distances keeping you from opening any defensive hole too wide. The mechnanics of the roll-over shot are explained with instuctions on how to put the ball into each of the push and pull side holes smoothly. By using the additional numbered strips with the puck, you will be able to practice where you release the ball into each of the five holes. The reusable laminated strips are thin, easy to apply and remove, and can be adhered directly to the table surface slightly behind each rod helping you to learn to move the ball in a straight line slightly behind each rod. You can also use one end strip to improve your speed by placing strapping tape on the back side of your tape just past either side and through the middle 1 - 5 numbers and placing the entire strip over the opposing goalie's wall. (Pictures will be added to show this effect shortly.) This will create a "bounce" back effect that simulates having a "live" goalie hitting your shots back at you from your three bar, five bar, or goal rods. This definitely creates better response time to ball shot back at you and gives you a practice partner. The small blue and red triangles on either side of the white numbered sequences are used for ball placement and for five bar to three bar passing practice. You can also use the roll-over shooting strips to practice your five bar passing series. Gain an edge on your opponents and improve your enjoyment of foosball. The possibilities are endless.
